I have some amazing news for you today! Gamasutra reports that analyst group iSuppli has figured out that Nintendo has taken the first place slot from Sony for most software sold!The report says that nintendo made $1.2 billion in the third quarter, which is up from $943.6 million in the second quarter and that is just from there Wii and DS Software! The revenue has doubled since Nintendo has released the Wii.
Sony generated around $1 billion from the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2 and PlayStation Portable. And of course in third place Microsoft has made $317.8 million. Nintendo Wii is definitely my favorite console as well, i just love how its so interactive, it doesn’t get boring as fast as other consoles.
